Privacy Policy
Last Updated: August 10, 2026
1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains what information ETH Bubbles (ethbubbles.com) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. ETH Bubbles is an informational dashboard — you do not need an account to use it, we never ask for wallet keys or signatures, and we do not sell personal information.
2. Information We Collect
- Information you submit. If you join the newsletter or waitlist we store the email address you provide. If you send an advertising or sponsorship inquiry we store the name, email, company, and message you submit. We use this information only to respond to you and deliver what you signed up for.
- Usage data. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate site usage — pages visited, approximate location (country/city level), device and browser type, and how visitors move through the site. This data is collected via cookies and similar technologies and is pseudonymous to us; we do not combine it with any email address you submit.
- Server logs. Like nearly all websites, our servers log requests (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) for security, debugging, and abuse prevention. Logs are retained only as long as operationally necessary.
We do not collect wallet addresses, private keys, or any on-chain identity, and we never request transaction signatures. Market data shown on the site is about public assets and protocols, not about you.
3. Cookies and Advertising
We use Google AdSense to serve advertisements. Google and its partners may use advertising cookies (including, where applicable, personalized-advertising cookies) to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can control personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings and learn how Google uses data from partner sites at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Some sponsor placements are served directly by us without third-party ad cookies and are always labeled "Sponsored."
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site works without them. Common opt-outs: the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on and industry tools such as aboutads.info.
4. How We Use Information
- To operate, secure, and improve the Service.
- To send the newsletter you subscribed to (every email includes a way to unsubscribe).
- To respond to advertising and sponsorship inquiries.
- To measure aggregate usage and content performance.
- To comply with legal obligations and prevent abuse.
We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.
5. Sharing
We share information only with the service providers needed to run the site — hosting infrastructure, our database provider, Google (Analytics and AdSense as described above) — and where required by law. Market data providers such as CoinGecko and DefiLlama receive requests from our servers, not from your browser, and get no personal information about you from us.
6. Data Retention
Newsletter and inquiry records are kept until you ask us to delete them or they are no longer needed. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics' standard retention controls. Server logs rotate on a short operational schedule.
7. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live (for example, under the EU/UK GDPR or the California Consumer Privacy Act), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising. You can exercise these rights — including unsubscribing from the newsletter or asking us to delete an inquiry — by contacting us via the form on our Advertise page. We will respond to verifiable requests within the timeframes required by applicable law.
8. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the higher age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
9. International Transfers
We operate from infrastructure that may be located in the United States or other countries. By using the Service you understand that information may be processed outside your country of residence, with safeguards as required by applicable law.
10. Changes and Contact
We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the "Last Updated" date above. Questions about privacy can be sent through the contact form on our Advertise page. See also our Terms of Service and Disclaimer.
